I wonder if you can turn your Laptop (of course it has to be a pretty good one) into a "portable" gaming station.

Is it possible, to connect many controllers at once into a Laptop (like XBOX 360 controllers for Windows) and play multiplayer games (like PES 2011) with 'em? Maybe it's a stupid question - but I don't care.

It would be a great opportunity if you could simply take your Laptop anywhere, including controllers. You don't even have to stick to CD's, since you simply install every game on your Laptop or on your harddisk.
It gets even better if you have a big TV or projector, and you simply connect it to your Laptop.

Well, basically you can, in a illegal way.
Emulator is the keyword here

You download a emulator for wtv console you want, then download the BIOS. For the controllers, you will have to buy new ones. Joysticks are the best options and you can get them from places like ebay for like 5 quid, and they are basically a PS controller with a usb cable.
Some emulators, you can simply use the CD but for most cases you will need to download the game. You can find it on places like piratebay or any other site, just google it.
But again, this is illegal.
